Case

Use an event moment as a creator acquisition engine.

The campaign encouraged off-platform gaming creators and TikTok LIVE creators to go live with the Gamescom campaign hashtag, join a leaderboard challenge, and compete across nine European markets.

I planned the cross-country leaderboard, creator communication, hashtag-driven participation, and onsite recruitment flow. At the venue, the TikTok LIVE booth became a space for creators to go live, create content, meet the team, and learn how to build their gaming presence.
