Turning partner recognition into ecosystem momentum.

The event needed to create value before and after the ceremony.

The objective was not only to recognise top agencies. The programme also needed to improve partner loyalty, create social proof, share operating knowledge and generate momentum across nine European markets.

I connected the event, creator campaign and partner experience into one programme.

I owned UK-side campaign mechanics, agency communication, creator logistics, content flow, vendor coordination and onsite delivery. A pre-event leaderboard campaign selected top creators, encouraged agency participation and built momentum before the Paris conference and awards ceremony.

The programme delivered partner engagement, revenue and cost discipline.

The event brought together 320 guests from nine markets. The warm-up campaign engaged 1,663 creators and generated more than $1.6M in revenue. Through vendor and scope negotiation, the event was delivered approximately €29K below the original quote—a 17.5% saving. Seventeen of the 30 awarded agencies also shared event content organically.
