Building TikTok LIVE UK's creator and agency ecosystem from zero.
A 0-to-1 partnership build that turned fragmented creator outreach into a repeatable supply, onboarding and growth system.
Context
Creator growth needed an ecosystem, not a list of contacts.
TikTok LIVE UK needed a scalable way to recruit and support creators. Direct outreach alone could not provide enough supply, education or ongoing management, and there was no mature local playbook for agency partners.
What I did
I built the partner journey from acquisition to growth.
I sourced and pitched potential partners—including creator agencies, MCNs, entrepreneurs and creator-led businesses—then built the onboarding, education, segmentation and incentive routines that helped them recruit and grow LIVE creators.

Segment partners by performance, maturity and growth potential.
Use education, campaigns and incentives to improve creator activation and commercial performance.

Outcome
The model became a repeatable creator-supply engine.
The network grew to 44 agency partners and more than 3,000 creators. The managed portfolio contributed approximately $7.59M in revenue, and monthly portfolio revenue grew from about $59K to $700K. Nine mid-tier agencies progressed into top-tier key accounts.
