Creator education was fragmented across EMEA.
Regional teams were working with creators at different maturity levels. Creators needed clearer guidance, stronger reasons to go LIVE consistently, and a community structure that could keep momentum after the first activation.
I designed a creator community strategy for regional teams covering 6,500+ creators across Europe. The system combined education content, weekly missions, creator check-ins, leaderboards and incentives, giving local teams a repeatable way to move creators from basic LIVE understanding into regular go-live behaviour.
